Transportation & Directions

Due to traffic congestion and a shortage of parking, there will be no parking on Treasure Island, unless you have purchased a VIP Four-Pack. We will be providing complimentary transportation on and off the island to all single and two-day ticket holders.

There will be free parking and bus pick-up from Lot A at AT&T Park in San Francisco to/ from the festival site on Treasure Island. SHUTTLES WILL RUN ON A CONTINUOUS LOOP THROUGHOUT THE DAY.

There are detailed public transit and driving directions to AT&T Park below.

The buses that we are using are biodeisel and have zero percent emissions, so there will be no additional environmental impact with this service. The air is cleaner going out of the bus than coming in.

Additional means to gain access to the island without purchasing VIP tickets or taking the complimentary shuttle from Lot A would be through the following:

Muni / AC Transit (via 108 at the Transbay Terminal); an additional Muni 108 line has been added between the Transbay Terminal and Treasure Island between the hours of 12PM and 12AM.

Taxi service, or limo / private shuttle rental; the drop-off location for all taxis, limos, and private shuttles will be at California Ave & Avenue D on Treasure Island. For limo or private shuttle please contact Bauer’s at 800-LIMO-OUT or www.bauerslimo.com.

The San Francisco Bicycle Coalition will be providing complimentary Valet Bike Parking service at Lot A of AT&T Park. Think of it like a coat check for bikes—you don’t need to worry about the safety of your bike while you are out enjoying the music, just park your bike at Lot A, ride a zero-emission bus to the island, and then turn in your claim check when you get back to Lot A. Special thanks to the SFBC for offering this free, unique, and convenient service!

*Your ticket to the Treasure Island Music Festival includes a license to park one automobile in Lot A at your risk. Lock your car. The licensor hereby declares it is not responsible for fire, theft, damage to or loss of such automobile or any article left therein, only a license is granted and no bailment is created.

Public Transit From The East Bay

OPTION 1 - BART » WALK/BIKE/SKATE

  • Take a San Francisco/West bound BART train to the Montgomery St. Station
  • THEN Walk/Bike/Skate down 2nd street to AT&T Park, the distance is a little under a mile
  • Turn Right onto King Street
  • Turn Left onto 3rd Street, walk until you reach Parking Lot A

OPTION 2 - BART » MUNI

  • Take a San Francisco/West bound BART train to the Embarcadero Station
  • Muni is located in the same station. You will eligible to receive Muni Transfer which will take 25 cents off fare. Take Muni lines N or T-Line/ Inbound to AT&T Park
  • For the N and T Line exit at 4th and King Station, Walk up King Street, then make a right onto 3rd Street, walk until you reach Parking Lot A

OPTION 3 - AC TRANSIT » MUNI

  • Transbay Express or F line Bus across the Bay Bridge
  • From the Transbay Terminal Take the SF Muni Bus #10/De Haro & 17th St
  • Turn Left onto 3rd Street, walk down until you reach Parking Lot A

Driving Directions From The East Bay

  • Take the 80 across the Bay Bridge (Toll $4.00)
  • Take the 5th st. exit- Exit 1B- on the left toward US-101 N / Golden Gate Bridge
  • Turn Sharp Left onto 5th St.
  • Turn Left onto Bryant St.
  • Turn Right onto 4th St.
  • Turn Left onto Berry St.
  • Turn Right onto 3rd Street for PARKING LOT A

Public Transit From The South Bay

CALTRAIN »WALK/BIKE/SKATE

  • Take Caltrain to the San Francisco Station (the end of the line)
  • Walk/bike/skateboard – Take King St. NE for 1 block
  • Turn Right onto 3rd St., Cross the bridge
  • Parking Lot A will be on your left

Driving Directions From The South Bay

  • Take 280 North till it ends
  • Turn Right onto 5th street which turns into King
  • Turn Right onto 3rd Street for PARKING LOT A

Public Transit From The North Bay

OPTION 1 - G.G. TRANSIT BUS »WALK

From Santa Rosa, Rohnert Park, Cotati, Petaluma, Novato, San Rafael, Marin City or San Francisco

  • Take Route 70/80
  • Walk down 5th Street to Townsend
  • Turn Left onto Townsend.
  • Turn right on 3rd Street
  • Walk Across the 3rd Street Bridge to reach Parking Lot A

OPTION 2 - G.G. TRANSIT BUS »WALK

From Marin City and Sausalito

  • Take Route 70/80
  • Exit at 5th and Folsom
  • Walk down 5th Street to Townsend
  • Turn Left onto Townsend
  • Turn right on 3rd Street
  • Walk Across the 3rd Street Bridge to reach Parking Lot A

OPTION 3 - LARKSPUR FERRY » MUNI TRAIN

  • Take the Larkspur Ferry (Located in Marin County at 101 E. Sir Francis Drake Blvd., just east of U.S. Highway 101.) to SF Ferry Building ($7.10 Adult, $3.55 Senior/ Child 18 and under)
  • Take the N or T-Line/ Inbound to AT&T Park
  • For the N and T Line exit at 4th and King Station, Walk up King Street, then make a right onto 3rd Street, walk until you reach Parking Lot A

OPTION 4 - SAUSALITO FERRY » MUNI TRAIN

  • Take the Sausalito Ferry (Located in downtown Sausalito at Humboldt and Anchor) to SF Ferry Building ($7.10 Adult, $3.55 Senior/ Child 18 and under)
  • Take the N or T-Line/ Inbound to AT&T Park
  • For the N and T Line exit at 4th and King Station, Walk up King Street, then make a right onto 3rd Street, walk until you reach Parking Lot A

* If you choose to take the Ferry, please be advised that the north bound Larkspur Ferry stops running at 7pm and the Sausalito Ferry at 6:30pm.

Driving Directions From The North Bay

  • Take 101 South toward San Francisco
  • Turn Left onto Van Ness Ave.
  • Turn Right onto Bay St.
  • Turn Right onto The Embarcadero
  • The Embarcadero becomes King St.
  • Turn Left onto 3rd Street, END PARKING Lot A

TRANSPORTATION FAQ’S

Q. Will I be able to make the last BART out of the city at the end of the show?

A. Yes, we will ensure that public transportation users receive priority treatment in getting off of the island with more than enough time to get BART.

Q. When does the show end?

A. 10:00pm both days

Q. Will I be able to lock my bike up at AT&T Park?

A. Yes. The San Francisco Bicycle Coalition will be providing complimentary Valet Bike Parking service at Lot A of AT&T Park (see deatils above).
