IMPORTANT NOTICE!
SHUTTLE BUS PICKUP / DROP OFF LOCATION CHANGE
NOW AT BILL GRAHAM CIVIC AUDITORIUM

The good news is that the San Francisco Giants have heroically advanced to the National League Championship Series. However due these circumstances, we have to move the shuttle bus pickup/drop off location from Lot A at AT&T Park to the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium to accommodate the NLCS.

Bill Graham Civic Auditorium is located at 99 Grove Street in the heart of San Francisco adjacent to a number of MUNI lines and the Civic Center BART station. Click Here for the Map»

There will be a complimentary bike valet at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium.

If you are planning on driving, parking is available at several lots in a three block radius of the Bill Graham Civic, including the Civic Center Garage which is adjacent to the BGC. The garage entrance is off of McAllister Street between Polk Street and Larkin Street. Parking rates vary.

All general admission and VIP tickets include complimentary bus pick-up from the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco to and from the festival site on Treasure Island. You DO NOT have to have tickets in hand to board the shuttle and you will be able to purchase tickets at the box office if they are still available. Shuttles will run on a continuous loop throughout the day beginning at 11:00am.

PARKING & TRANSPORTATION

We are offering a limited amount of paid parking on the island. However due to traffic congestion and a shortage of parking, there will be no parking on Treasure Island, unless you have purchased an on island parking pass. All general admission and VIP tickets shuttle transportation back and forth.

Motorcycles will also require a parking pass for on island parking.

Ticket holders picking up their tickets at Will Call on the island will not need to present tickets to board the shuttle.

Valet Bike Parking will be provided at Bill Graham Civic Auditorium. Think of it like a coat check for bikes—you don't need to worry about the safety of your bike while you are out enjoying the music, just park your bike at Bill Graham Civic Auditorium, ride a zero-emission bus to the island, and then turn in your claim check when you get back to Bill Graham Civic Auditorium

Times (October 13 & 14 only)

10:00AM – Box Office opens at Treasure Island
10:30AM – Parking Lot A at AT&T Park in San Francisco opens
11:00AM – Festival gates open
12:00PM – Music starts

Box Office Hours

The box office, located on Treasure Island, will be open for will call pick up the following times:

Friday, October 12th – 12PM until 6PM
Saturday, October 13th – 10AM until 9PM
Sunday, October 14th – 10AM until 9PM

Words Of Wisdom

Don't litter! - There will be waste reclamation stations located throughout the site for waste, compostables and recyclables.
Keep all valuables with you at all times. There will be a Lost & Found available at the general information tent.
For your safety, absolutely no weapons or illegal substances will be permitted.

Refund Policy

There will be no refunds. Festival is Rain or Shine.

Re-entry Policy

There will be no re-entry into the festival.

ADA Info

There are ADA Access Viewing Platforms located at each of the two stages. Please note that they have limited capacity and are available on a first come, first served basis. ADA accessible restrooms are available at the ends of each row of restrooms and behind the Access Viewing Platforms.

Children

Children 2 years old and under admitted free, however, no strollers are allowed.

Schedule

A full schedule will be posted on the website the week prior to the festival.

No illegal vending is permitted. No unauthorized/unlicensed vendors allowed.
Strollers

Medical & Well Being

For those requiring medical assistance, there will be clearly marked medical tents available on site.
Anyone bringing medication or a syringe for medical purposes will need to show your medication, prescription and a photo ID.

Food and Drinks

Reasonably priced food (including vegetarian/vegan options) and drinks will be available on-site.

ATM

There will be a number of ATMs on the festival grounds.

Need a place to stay during the festival?

We'd like to thank our official hotel partner, The Mosser for supporting the 2012 Treasure Island Music Festival.The central downtown location is walkable to the shuttle pick up at Bill Graham Civic Auditorum and within a block of BART.
