A few weeks ago Treasure Island Music Festival held the 3rd annual Treasure Hunt. The event was a huge success, with over 250 crazy pirates roaming the streets of San Francisco competing in challenges to win the prized booty—tickets to the festival. Three separate hunts took place in the Mission, Haight and North Beach this year. Using their treasure map, teams had to seek out secret locations in the neighborhood. Challenges along the way included having to freestyle rap and pirate plank (see the photos!). The event concluded with a wild after party at Milk Bar, starting with an Epicsauce DJ set, plus live sets from jam-master Yalls and synth wizards James and Evander.
