Parking

Due to traffic congestion you will not be able to park on Treasure Island, unless you have purchased a VIP 2-Pack.

Included in Single-Day and Two-Day ticket price is complimentary parking at Lot A at AT&T Park (San Francisco) with transportation to/from the island.

Your ticket to the Treasure Island Music Festival includes a license to park one automobile in Lot A at your risk. Lock your car. The licensor hereby declares it is not responsible for fire, theft, damage to or loss of such automobile or any article left therein, only a license is granted and no bailment is created.

  • Due to traffic congestion and a shortage of parking, there will be no parking on Treasure Island, unless you have purchased a VIP 2-Pack. We will be providing complimentary transportation on and off the island to all single and two-day ticket holders.
  • There will be free parking and bus pick-up from Lot A at AT&T Park in San Francisco to/from the festival site on Treasure Island.
  • Additional means to gain access to the island without purchasing VIP tickets or taking the complimentary shuttle from Lot A would be through Muni/AC Transit (via 108 at the Transbay Terminal), taxi service, or limo/private shuttle rental.
  • The San Francisco Bicycle Coalition will be providing complimentary Valet Bike Parking service at Lot A of AT&T Park.
  • Interested in ride sharing to the Treasure Island Festival? Sign up at Pickup Pal for an account and find or offer rides to other festival goers. It is free to join and to use. Pickup Pals can track the number of rides they have given or taken and the number of miles they have traveled via ride sharing and Treasure Island can keep track of the amount of carbon emissions we have collectively reduced as a result!

ADA Parking/Transportation

There is limited disabled-designated parking available on Treasure Island on a first-come, first serve basis. You must have a State issued placard to park in these spaces. Be prepared to present a driver's license or other ID at the entry point to disabled-designated parking that proves the placard was issued to you. There is an ADA accessible shuttle running to and from Treasure Island and Lot A (at AT&T Park). It runs throughout the hours of the festival.

Boating to Treasure Island

  • The Treasure Island Marina has a limited number of guest slips, or you can anchor out and dinghy over to the Marina.
  • They will give you a key for $10 so you can get into the gate at the end of the night ($25 deposit required). Office hours are 10am - 4pm both days. The Marina is a short walk to the festival site - www.tiyc.org.
  • You will NOT be able to anchor near the festival site - it is dangerously close to Treasure Island boulder retaining wall and not safe. You will not be able to see into the site, so please if you are boating over, go to the Marina.

Times

  • 10:00AM – Box Office opens at Treasure Island
  • 10:30AM – Parking Lot A at AT&T Park in San Francisco opens
  • 11:00AM – Festival gates open
  • 12:00PM - Music starts

Words Of Wisdom

  • Don't litter! - There will be waste reclamation stations located throughout the site for waste, compostables and recyclables.
  • Keep all valuables with you at all times.  There will be a Lost & Found available at the general information tent.
  • For your safety, absolutely no weapons or illegal substances will be permitted.

Refund Policy

  • There will be no refunds. Festival is Rain or Shine

Re-entry Policy

  • There will be no re-entry into the festival.

ADA Info

  • There are ADA Access Viewing Platforms located at each of the two stages. Please note that they have limited capacity and are available on a first come, first served basis. ADA accessible restrooms are available at the ends of each row of restrooms and behind the Access Viewing Platforms.

Children

  • Children under 2 years old admitted free. However no strollers are allowed.

What to bring

  • Sunscreen, Hats, Sunglasses, Earplugs
  • Non-professional film and digital cameras
  • (2) Factory sealed bottles of water (non-glass containers)
  • Small backpacks or bags
  • Small umbrellas, blankets, beach towels
  • Valid Driver's License for will-call and/or to drink alcohol

  • Professional still camera equipment (no detachable lenses, no tripods, big zooms, or commercial use rigs)
  • Audio/video recording equipment
  • No illegal vending is permitted. No unauthorized/unlicensed vendors allowed.
  • Strollers

Medical & Well Being

  • For those requiring medical assistance, there will be clearly marked medical tents available on site.
  • Anyone bringing medication or a syringe for medical purposes will need to show your medication, prescription and a photo ID. 

Food and Drinks

  • Reasonably priced food (including vegetarian/vegan options) and drinks will be available on-site.

ATM

  • There will be a number of ATMs on the festival grounds.

Hotels & Camping

  • For those traveling from out of town, The Mosser Hotel is offering a discounted rate of $129. Just mention Treasure Island Festival when you are booking. For local hostels go to San Francisco Hostels.
  • Some of you have asked about camping and while there is no camping on the island there is camping within San Francisco and the nearby Marin Headlands. You can download a guide here or you can check out other Bay Area campgrounds here.
